You will be taught Traditional Shamanic Journeying and not guided visualization.

• A blanket and cushion.
• A scarf to cover your eyes.
• Note book and pen.
• Lunch for yourself and a small bottle of water to drink throughout the day.
• Tea and coffee will be served at lunchtime.

This workshop may be booked when you are ready to embark on your journey, dates suitable for both our diaries.

The workshop is over 2 days and further days may be booked if you wish to.

Times: 10am – 3pm on both days.

This workshop is held in person during week days.
